I'm Chief Executive of Open For Business, the global LGBTQ charity. I was facing a challenge at work and struggling to know how to go about resolving it. We sat down and started to talk about the problem. What I found interesting was that he wasn't giving me advice. He was asking probing questions, getting into the issue and getting me to find my own answers rather than handing them to me. As the session went on, I was formulating a path for myself. By the time I left I had a really clear sense of what I needed to do.

Maybe it was in there all along, I don't know. But I definitely needed Olivier to help me get the problem out and talk it through. As soon as I had the chance to do that, I had clarity. I left with a clear picture of what I needed to do, I've implemented it from that point, and thankfully everything has been really successful.
