Before working with Olivier, I knew what I needed to do to move the business forward. The problem was daily firefighting kept pulling me back in.

What changed was realising I could actually hand responsibility to my team and put my full attention into the things that matter long term. That shift gave me the confidence to stop being the bottleneck.

There's still work to do, but I'm doing it alongside Olivier rather than figuring it out alone. I've learned faster, made better decisions, and I'm in a better place than I would have been without him.
